The Half-Day Performance combines a morning of work in the private spaces of Château Fleur Cardinale, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé, a private cellar tour and a cocktail lunch.
Designed for team meetings, executive committees or intensive work sessions, this turnkey formula allows you to work differently, without keeping your teams busy for a full day.
Half-day schedule
9:00 a.m. · Welcome Coffee
Your participants are welcomed in the Salle à Manger, an intimate space with refined decoration.
9:30 a.m. · Seminar, conference or professional event
Your working time takes place in an equipped room, with all the equipment needed for your presentation.
12:00 p.m. · Private cellar tour
Participants set off for a private cellar tour.
This guided walk ends with a tasting of one wine.
12:30 p.m. · Cocktail lunch
The cocktail lunch is accompanied by a wine from the estate.

Can the morning program be modified?
Yes. The proposed schedule is a standard format. You are free to organize your working session as you wish: content, pace, external speaker or facilitator. The times of the cellar tour and lunch are then adjusted with our team during the preparation of your event.

Is the formula available on weekends?
Saturday only. Availability must be confirmed with our team when you request a quote.

Can gift boxes be ordered for participants?
Yes. We offer wooden gift boxes including one bottle from the estate, with the possibility of personalization in your company colors. Available on request, with pricing based on quantities and production times.

Is it possible to call on a photographer or videographer?
Yes. You may come with your own service provider, who will have access to the spaces exclusively booked for your event. If you wish, we can also recommend professionals who are familiar with the estate. Upon quotation.

During which periods of the year is the formula available?
The estate is closed to tours and events in January. We welcome you during the rest of the year. The harvest weeks remain available: they are even an ideal time to let your teams experience the effervescence of a Grand Cru Classé at the height of harvest.
