Three formulas allow you to organize a half-day or a full day, with equipped room, lunch, professional equipment and experience included.

Half-Day Performance
From €48 excl. VAT per person · For 6 to 20 people · 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
A short and effective format to bring your teams together in a winegrowing setting, with a morning of work, private cellar tour and lunch cocktail.
Ideal for: quarterly meeting, project launch, workshop, short team-building session.
Heritage Day
From €88 excl. VAT per person · For 6 to 20 people · Full day
A full day combining work time, lunch cocktail and guided tour of the underground monuments of Saint-Émilion with our expert guide.
Ideal for: team-building day, annual seminar, management meeting, launch day.
Signature Day
From €133 excl. VAT per person · For 6 to 20 people · Full day
The premium formula of La Maison Cardinale, with a morning of work, lunch cocktail and “La Mélodique” masterclass, a wine and rock experience awarded a Best Of Wine Tourism Gold 2026.

Can we visit the venue before booking?
Yes. We encourage you to contact our team to organize a tour of the spaces before making your decision. Seeing the venue beforehand answers most practical questions.

Do prices decrease with the number of participants?
The prices displayed are indicative base prices. A personalized quote is prepared according to the size of the group, the chosen formula and any additional services desired.

Can we bring in our own host or facilitator?
Yes. We provide the setting, the spaces and the equipment. Your work program remains entirely your own.

Can the venue be privatized for a fully tailor-made event?
Yes. Full privatization of the venue is possible for events such as Executive Committee, private receptions or product launches. Contact our team to explore the options together.

Is the estate accessible by public transport?
No regular line directly serves the estate. The nearest stations are Saint-Émilion, about ten minutes by car, and Libourne, about twenty minutes away, with frequent connections from Bordeaux. For the last part of the journey, we can recommend private chauffeur services or, for groups, arranging a coach transfer. Please specify your mode of arrival when requesting a quote.
