The Signature Day combines a morning of work in the private spaces of Château Fleur Cardinale, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé, a lunch cocktail and our wine and rock masterclass La Mélodique, awarded a Best of Wine Tourism Gold 2026.
Designed for management seminars, team cohesion days or teams you want to offer an extraordinary experience to, this formula combines professional effectiveness and sensory immersion, without leaving the estate.
Schedule of the day
9:00 a.m. · Welcome coffee
Your participants are welcomed in the Salle à Manger, an intimate space with refined decoration.
9:30 a.m. · Seminar, conference or professional event
Your working time takes place in a room equipped with all the necessary material for your presentation.
12:00 p.m. · Private cellar tour
Participants leave for a private tour of the cellar.
This guided walk ends with a tasting of one wine.
12:30 p.m. · Lunch cocktail
The luncheon cocktail is accompanied by a wine from the estate.

Your teams experience our wine and rock masterclass, awarded a Best of Wine Tourism Gold 2026. Two hours of guided tasting of four vintages of Château Fleur Cardinale, paced by the active listening of four songs.

La Mélodique received the Best of Wine Tourism Gold 2026 in the Discovery and Innovation category, one of the highest distinctions in the global wine tourism sector.
With this formula, your teams experience a masterclass that exists nowhere else: the tasting of four vintages of Château Fleur Cardinale, guided by the listening of four pieces of rock. Structure, aromas, texture of the tannins, each parameter of the wine finds its echo in the music.
The experience is hosted privately for your group, with an educational materials developed in-house. It allows the day to end with a strong moment of cohesion, far from the usual framework of a classic seminar.

Can the day's schedule be adapted?
Yes. The proposed schedule is a standard format. You are free to organize your working session as you wish: content, pace, external speaker or facilitator. The balance between working time, lunch and experience can also be adjusted, within the limits of the cellar tour and visit time slots. The final timings are set with our team during the preparation of your event.

During which periods of the year is the formula available?
The estate is closed to tours and events in January. We welcome you during the rest of the year. The harvest weeks remain available: it is even an ideal time to let your teams experience the effervescence of a Grand Cru Classé at the height of harvest.

What is the minimum and maximum number of participants for this formula?
The formula is designed for groups of 6 to 20 people. The displayed price is for a full group: for smaller groups, the price per person is adjusted, while the event remains exclusively booked. Beyond 20 people, our spaces allow us to welcome larger formats: contact us to build a tailor-made program.

We recommend trusted hotels and guest houses around Saint-Émilion, and guide you according to your budget and the size of your group.

Is the estate accessible by public transport?
No regular line directly serves the estate. The nearest stations are Saint-Émilion, about ten minutes by car, and Libourne, about twenty minutes away, with frequent connections from Bordeaux. For the last part of the journey, we can recommend private chauffeur services or, for groups, arranging a coach transfer. Please specify your mode of arrival when requesting a quote.
