In the Vineyard
Two vineyards, two distinct terroirs, but everywhere the same pursuit of customization: to find the perfect balance between the vine and its ecosystem, cultivation choices are adapted to each plot.

Terroir as Foundation
Each of our 70 plots is unique, shaped by its subsoil, soil, exposure and topography. This natural complementarity guides our cultivation choices and the careful selection of our plant material, in a constant pursuit of harmony between the vine and its environment.

Blending as Artistry
Château Fleur Cardinale draws its personality from the generosity of Merlot (~73%), complemented by the elegance of Cabernet Franc (~20%) and the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon (~7%).
For Fleur Cardinale blanc, we have composed a Bordeaux melody where the vibrancy of Sauvignon Blanc (~40%), the roundness of Sauvignon Gris (~30%), and the texture of Sémillon (~30%) express themselves.
At Château Croix Cardinale, we have crafted a bold blend where Cabernet Franc (~30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (~30%) play leading roles alongside Merlot (~40%).

Adaptation as Philosophy
Our viticultural approach combines rigor and finesse, uniting advanced agro-ecological practices with attentive observation of each plot. This meticulous work relies on targeted and minimal interventions, favoring prevention and organic methods to preserve the natural balance between the vine and its ecosystem.
